Dear TAGS Spring Session Families,
While we were hopeful that we would be able to reopen on Monday, May 4th, given the current restrictions, we sadly will not be able to resume operations at that time.
As you all know, this has been an incredibly difficult time for everyone, and our small business is no exception. That being said, we have been in business for 43 years and remain confident and extremely motivated to weather this storm and get everyone back in the gym when we are deemed able.
Credits for Spring Session
As previously communicated, a credit for all missed Spring classes will be placed on your TAGS account for future sessions, camps, extra events, ProShop purchases, etc.
Many of you have graciously offered to help TAGS in various ways and we are so appreciative of these kind gestures. Your generosity warms our hearts and helps us better navigate these unforeseen challenging times.
Excited for Summer
We are still hopeful that we will be able to reopen on May 26th to kick off Pre-Summer Camp, resume team practice, and begin the Summer Session the week of June 1st. We encourage you to hop online to register for summer classes with a hopeful heart! Any credits on your account will be automatically applied to any future registrations. As a reminder, we offer unlimited makeups for missed classes during the Summer Session.
The safety and well-being of our athletes and families has been and will continue to be our top priority. Our COVID-19 Preparedness Plan will include instituting smaller class sizes, additional class offerings, and other modifications to class flow and viewing areas to encourage physical distancing. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they occur.
We Appreciate You!
We are working diligently behind the scenes to prepare our programs and facilities for reopening. Hang in there with us! We sincerely appreciate your continued support of TAGS during this unprecedented time and can’t wait to see everyone!
All our best,
Tony Aretz & Alex Pesavento
